These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, browser extensions, and related services provided by Brisk Store ("Brisk Store," "we," "us," or "our") (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

Brisk Store builds browser extensions and apps. Our extensions provide tools such as market-price checks, AI-assisted text, automated replies, and automation features. Some features are free; advanced features are unlocked with a paid "Pass." We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and third-party platforms the Services work with may change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use.

4. License Keys & Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services. A license key issued with a Pass is for your own use; sharing, reselling, or distributing keys is not permitted, and we may deactivate keys used in breach of these Terms.

5. Payments & the Pass

The Pass is a one-time payment for a fixed term (currently 6 months for 19 EUR or 12 months for 29 EUR) and does not auto-renew. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to that provider's terms. Prices and plans may change, but changes do not affect a Pass you have already purchased.

6. Refunds

If something is not right, contact us at [email protected]. Refunds, where applicable, are handled through the payment provider. Any statutory withdrawal or refund rights you have under your local law continue to apply.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law or the rules of any platform they interact with;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Services except as permitted by law;
• Use the Services to send spam, harass others, or carry out abusive or fraudulent activity;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by Brisk Store and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Content you create using the Services remains yours.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Services help you work with third-party platforms (such as classifieds and marketplace sites). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Services are a tool to assist you; you remain responsible for your selling decisions, pricing, and anything you publish.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brisk Store will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
